A Letter from a Parent,

As a mother of one of the children in the school my husband an I are very proud of our son’s improvement that he has made there in the past two years. Rabbi Bension & Marozov are amazing, they care so much about my son and have helped him tremendously.

He found it hard to stay focused in class and found himself getting easily distracted in a large classroom setting. As a result, he kept himself busy doing “other things”. He found himself strolling the hallways and getting detention often.

The change in him was noticeable right away. It was unbelievable!

Learning became fun! The positive feedback he was receiving from his teachers was truly raising his self esteem.

He no longer looked at himself as a failure, and we had our creative, fun loving, caring son back!

One day he told me, “In my old school, a school day would last forever and in Darchai Menachem it feels like school is over in ten minutes”.

By the way on his last test he received 103%!

One evening after a hard day at work, I listened to my messages and tears formed in my eyes.

His teacher had called! For a minute my heart began to beat faster for in the past a phone call from a teacher meant my son had disappointed the teacher again. But instead the message had stated that the teacher was so proud of the way my son had participated not only in class but in Daveningas well. I allowed my son to hear the message while the whole family sat around the table. He was beaming with pride! Need I say more?

Darchai Menachem now needs your support, they need to enhance their ever growing program, help them, purchase tickets in their Chinese Auction, and tell your friends and family to do the same.
